As WB's Senior Accounting Specialist, I manage and monitor the company's day-to-day finances. What I love about what I do is that my work has an impact on our business, which is very rewarding to me. Another thing I love is the support and flexibility here, especially as I began to navigate life as a working mom earlier this year.

I joined the team in 2015 post-graduation. Eight years later, I’m a Professional Engineer (PE) and lead a team of eight in New York. In addition to supporting my team, I’m motivated by my work on large infrastructure projects, where the MEP design largely drives the scope.

In 2013, I joined WB as a P/FP engineer before transferring into a mechanical role. Growth here is what you want it to be. I am now a Team Leader, managing ten people. I have always enjoyed the business side of engineering and making personal connections, and I love using that in this role to succeed.

I am a Principal at WB, and while I’m based in Boston, I work across offices managing our quality control process and reviewing jobs before they go out the door. I’ve worked here since 2008, and something that has always been rewarding is internal training and teaching; I love seeing when a concept clicks and how engineers use that to succeed.
